Where do I start, Justin and my family had such a long relationship that I don't want to leave out one bit of information so that you know exactly what a wonderful DJ / MC you are getting when you hire this man. My son and daughter in law picked Justin after a lot of research for their wedding that was being held at The Grand Island Mansion in Walnut Grove. The prerequisite was the DJ had to LOVE working the Mansion which I guess can be a little challenging for some DJ's to play. So once they found out how much Justin loved playing the Mansion it was full speed ahead.

One of the things they wanted was a rendition of their "Love Story" to give their guests an idea of how they met and the road they had traveled to get to where they were on their wedding day. Justin had never done anything like that before but was anxious to do his first one for our son and his soon to be wife. He called them and got their story and then the parents to find out that side of the story...

On their Special Day, Justin did an outstanding job and all of the guests were thrilled to have had that insight. Secondly Justin in his own time helped me on the phone and though Face Book Chat to compile a dvd of the kids from birth through their dating and engagement and to attach music to this project. He worked also with the Best Man on this to make sure the final product was amazing .... and it was!

We really wanted Justin to join us at the rehearsal at the Mansion and for the rehearsal dinner following ... we thought it would be nice to get his perspective for the wedding as he had been to the Mansion many times and was comfortable and knowledgeable of the proceedings. He along with Debbie one of the Coordinators for the Mansion were most helpful in working together to make this a very easy process, a lot of fun also! At the rehearsal dinner Justin was like family that we had known for many years and we loved having the connection with him as it made all involved very comfortable and I feel it helped make the whole wedding more personal!

So the day of the wedding is here and I never worried one bit as Justin knew exactly what the kids wanted and had shared his music time line with our photographer Chris Shepard of Shepard Photography, in Roseville, who has also worked many events at The Grand Island Mansion and who we also recommend highly for your Special Day or occasion. Our Vendors worked hand in hand and so finely tuned due to them all working this venue before that non of us ever had a concern or problem.

An event this big and with the pressures that can be associated with weddings can be so exhausting that you do not need to worry about your DJ.... and I can promise that your dance floor will never be empty and that the music you planned to have played and the professionalism that you expect will be totally done to your expectations with your hiring of Justin of Sounds To Go, an amazing and very hands on DJ who will put your Special Day or event first and foremost to make sure it is the day and party you always wanted!

We went to another wedding this past weekend, and the DJ played almost exclusively hip-hop music that no one was dancing to, but when he rarely played other kinds of music, the dance floor was full. He didn't seem to catch on. 		Justin was recommended to us when I called another DJ who specialized in much larger events and was outrageously expensive. Justin was quite affordable, so we took a chance on him. We had a small wedding (70 people) so we wanted something intimate. Justin accommodated that and worked with our space at the Sterling Hotel drawing room. He was dependable, flexible and lots of fun! Everybody was on the dance floor from teens to grandparents. He also provided the music for our entire ceremony from the prelude on. He had all of the music that we wanted and then some!!! 		I hired Justin for my wedding (October 10, 2010) and I couldn't be happier with my decision! He came recommended and we had good rapport over email so it started off really well. We met to go over music and information about us/the wedding part/family/etc and he was really patient while we were trying to do finalize our music selection. We also basically gave him full reign over the music (just gave him a mood or genre we wanted or liked) and let him do the rest! It was wonderful!! Great songs the whole night through! I cannot count how many people came up to us saying 1. how good our DJ was and 2. how good the selection of music was! I wish I could have taken credit but credit is all due to Justin. Not only did he do a fantastic job as our DJ/MC but he was there to help us out of a tight spot with the ceremony part! So, I don't know if you have been to any wedding shows but there are a lot of really...odd DJ's out there. You know the kind, like that guy on the Wedding Singer (the competing band lead singer). Justin is not like this at all! Very professional and not cheesy! It reflected very well on our event. So, all in all: HIGHLY recommend Sounds To Go! 		Hi! Justin was recommended to us by our wedding planner. We're both full time students and were on a very strict budget for our wedding. Justin was amazing in accommodating us and guiding us through the process of selecting music. I didn't even know I could have different music for different parts of my wedding! 		Justin did an excellent job on my parents' 25th wedding anniversary. He was always open and willing to go the extra distance for our family! 		We hired Justin for our wedding last April. My fiance and had waited so long to book a DJ and we both felt so lucky to have found Justin. He met up with us and was able to put everything for our wedding together in one meeting! He was so easy to work with and he was 100% reliable.
