Our Service Area

We currently service the Greater Sacramento area, and most of Northern California, including North & South Lake Tahoe, the San Francisco Bay area, and Reno NV.

Our service area is, for the most part, limited to a 200mi radius from our office in Roseville, just outside Sacramento.  Below you will find many of the locations that lie within this 200mi radius.  

Our performance packages include all travel within a 30mi radius (60mi round-trip) of Roseville.  Events requiring travel outside of our primary service area will be charged at $0.50 per mile in excess of 30 miles. Engagements in excess of 250 miles will require accommodations be made for an overnight stay in a local hotel/motel for DJ at Client’s expense. 

In order to estimate the travel charge for your engagement, please see the chart below.  These figures are only listed for estimation purposes, and mileage for each event will be figured using the actual street address of the locations/venues in question.

Please Note:  Currently, we will only service weddings that fall outside of our primary service area (30mi radius).

Free Consultations / Event Planning:

If you are interested in our services for your event, we are happy to travel anywhere within a 55mi (1 hour) radius of Roseville to offer our no-cost/no-obligation consultations to meet in-person and discuss your plans and your event with you.  Outside this radius, we are more than happy to provide all of our sales and planning materials to you electronically via email and perform the initial consultation via phone.

After you have decided upon our services for your engagement, all further paperwork, planning, consultation, etc. can easily be done via phone and email.

We have done several "long-distance" engagements before, and in a good number of those cases, have not even met our clients face-to-face before the day of their event!  This is a testament to the quality of our wedding planning process, and the kind of attention to detail that you can expect when you hire Sounds To Go for your special occasion.
