Wedding Reception

$750 / 4 hours

Ceremony Upgrade

  • Complete ceremony service with music, sound system, etc. 
  • A seperate, dedicated sound system means no down-time between your ceremony & reception.
  • Planning of ceremony music and timeline.
  • Pre-event coordination with officiate/officiant to confirm procession details, ceremony specifics, special cues for ceremony, etc. 
  • We have a myriad of musical selections to tailor the sound and mood of your ceremony.
  • Sample ceremony music templates to help in selection.
  • Separate selections for seating of mothers, grandmothers & other special guests.
  • Selections available for interludes (unity candle, sand ceremonies, rose exchange, etc.)
  • Wireless microphones (lapel & hand-held) to mic your officiate.
  • Additional wireless mics available for special readings, etc.
  • If desired, CD of ceremony music provided  for your rehearsal.* 

Rehearsal Options:*

  • If you like, we will gladly provide a CD of your ceremony selections for rehearsal purposes free of charge!
  • If available, DJ can be present at rehearsal for an additional fee.
Please note:
  • The above pricing for ceremony services is applicable only if the ceremony and reception are at the same location (venue).
  • If your ceremony is to take place elsewhere (another location/venue), and you would like to inquire as-to pricing for our services there as well, please let us know.
  • If ceremony is in same room/area as reception and does not require additional equipment, or relocation of equipment, Ceremony Upgrade is only $100.
  • In order to provide the absolute best service and experience for you and your guests, we will only perform with multiple setups if all setups can be completed in-place before the wedding starts.
  • Outdoor ceremonies are subject to inclement weather.

*The Fine-Print:

  • Overtime may be available at our discretion at the event, and if available, will be billed at an hourly rate, which will be specified in your contract prior to your event.

  • Available at listed price any day except major holidays, and prices may be subject to change in the month of December.  For holiday pricing, please call us.

  • There are dollar-minimums on both Standard and Wedding packages, and these are the 4-hour base prices hown above.

  • Rates include all travel/time expenses within a 30 mi. radius (60 mi. round-trip) of Roseville.

  • Events outside this radius will incur a $.50/mi. travel charge, and other trip charges may apply as well.

  • Rates on website are for estimation purposes only, and may vary based upon specifics of event size, type, location, and other variables.

  • A written contract and deposit are required to secure rates for a performance.

  • Sounds To Go reserves the right to change rates at any time without notice.

Standard Package

(NON-wedding events)

$450 / 4 hours

($50 ea. add'l hr.)

  • Unlimited email and phone consultations as needed to customize your event from beginning-to-end. 
  • Musical selection is fully customized prior-to your event.
  • You can get a complete listing of our musical library so you can select your "must-play" selections.
  • We will take requests!
  • Non-stop entertainment.  We don't take breaks!
  • If you want an artist or selection we don't have, we will get it for your event.
  • Basic announcements and hosting of games, raffles, and more as needed.
  • DJ attired appropriately for your event. (Nice-casual or semi-formal.)


 School Events:

$300*
/ 3 hours

($50 ea. add'l hr.)

  • ALL aspects of the Standard Package!
  • Themed music available.
  • Activities and game ideas!

*Pricing available for K-8 events Sunday-Thursday.  For High School events or events on Friday & Saturday, Standard Package rates apply.
